Cauliflower “Mac” & Cheese

Ingredients:

– 1 Head Cauliflower
– Butter, 3 TBS
-Milk, 1 C
– Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 2 C
– Breadcrumbs or Sriracha (as desired)

Directions:

– Put 1 head cauliflower through a food processor.
– Saute in 3 TBS butter.
– Add 1 Cup milk, slowly.
– Add cheese and continuously stir.
– Put in baking pan.

– Cover with bread crumbs if desired.
– Bake at 420 for 20-30 minutes.
– Let cool (and maybe add Sriracha) and enjoy!
