Mediterranean Omelet

-3 eggs
-1/4 Feta
-Green & Black Olives per preference
-1/4 C Sundried Tomatoes
-1 TBS Pesto

-Turn burner on medium. Slowly cook eggs.
-When the eggs begin to firm add the feta, tomatoes, pesto, and olives.
-Fold the omelet in half and flip.
-Cook the omelet to desired firmness.
-Serve warm and enjoy.
