Pomegranate & Brussels Side

Ingredients:

-1 lb Brussels Sproutscropped-22375571_10154821464627385_1134210908_o.jpg
-White Sugar, 1 TBS
-Balsamic Vinegar, 3 TBS
– Olive Oil, 3 TBS
– 1 Pomegranate, seeded

Directions:
– Mix sugar, vinegar, and oil together.
-Dice Brussels sprouts as desired.
-Toss Brussels sprouts and pomegranate seeds in mixture.
-Bake at 420 for 20 minutes. Flip Brussels sprouts as necessary.
-Continue baking for another 20 minutes.
-Let cool and enjoy!
