Quinoa Tomato Salad

-2 Cups Kale
-1 C Tomatoes, Diced (feel free to use canned tomatoes, just make sure to rinse them)
-1 C Quinoa, Cooked
-1 TBS Olive Oil
-1 tsp Salt

Optional Flavor Enhancers:
-1/2 C Onions, Diced
-1 TBS Crushed Red Pepper
-2 TBS Olives, Diced

-Combine ingredients.
-Serve with protein of your choice!
