Creamy Avocado Garlic Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

- 1 Cup plain Greek yogurt - 1 TBS Bragg’s Liquid Aminos - 1 TBS diced garlic - 1/2 Avocado - 1 tsp of pepper (or to taste)
